What to do if I am being bullied?
Talk to someone you trust
You don’t have to go through this alone. Tell a friend, a parent, or a teacher. They want to help you.You are not alone
Even if it feels that way, many kids experience bullying. It is not your fault!Set clear boundaries

How can I help others without becoming a target?
Be a friend
Spend time with the person being bullied. It helps them feel supported.Stay neutral but take a stand
You don’t have to start a conflict, but you can say, “That’s not okay.”Find allies
Get friends who also want to help – you are stronger together.Inform a trusted adult
Talk to a teacher or another adult if you are worried.Be a role model

How can you stay safe online?
Use strong passwords
Combine letters, numbers, and symbols to secure your accounts.Don’t share personal details
