Resources Manager - Data / Documents centrally available / Central Repository

The integrated resources and Document Manager functions as a central repository, data storage and hub for all objects that are used within the platform. Images, movies, sound recordings, documents of all kinds are available here for further use by all tools.

The objects can be enriched with textual descriptions and "tagged" with keywords, to simplify search by category, meta tags and subjects.

Objects can simply be added  via "drag & drop" to a folder.

Set access and edit rights according to your requirements, so that only authorized persons can access the resources. The objects (eg. Photos, movies, audio files) are stored in folders, which can also be protected by a so-called ACL (Acess Control List) allowing only authorized persons to gain access.
